The staff-camper relationship is the centerpiece of a superlative camp experience. To prepare your staff to lead children professionally, Chris offers a wide variety of premium staff training workshops. While most of these workshops are provided in the late spring and early summer, many camps schedule mid-summer and off-season workshops in order to provide the best possible education for their staff. During the academic year, Chris also provides leadership and youth development workshops to public and private schools.
Camp directors or school faculty wishing to schedule a day or more of staff training workshops may e-mail Chris to inquire about availability and pricing. Most dates book 9-12 months in advance. Established clients are given priority booking in the months of December and January, after which the calendar opens to new clients. The timeline below approximates Chris's informal summer scheduling procedure, but you may e-mail Chris at any time during the year.
